 The Sperry Tent building, located on Dexter Lane in Rochester, MA, is a sizable post-and-beam timber-frame structure, measuring 110 by 50 feet overall.The structure, designed by Saltonstall Architects, has a barn-like appearance that coincides with the character of the surrounding area. The building is fairly “green” featuring insulated wall panels and several solar panels on the roof. We designed the foundation and truss systems for the structure, and also provided controlled construction.             |
